About Our Company:
We are a small newly formed drafting service company. We are based in Brooklyn NY and in South New Jersey. We perform all drafting in AUTOCAD 2006, 2013 AUTOCAD, 2013 and 2013 REVIT PC based. We also do architectural surveys of residential homes, commercial projects and mill work details. We're not Architects or Engineers, We do drafting and surveying. If you need architectural designs we can do them as well. We are flexible on prices as long as the price negotiated is mutually reasonable. All Pay Pal payments are subjected to federal and state tax's. PayPal also charges 15% fee per transaction. this price will be added to the total price.

We can do construction documents and details provided we get all dimensions, specifications and all details you want on Auto Cad.
You must provide all notes and special notes if you want them on the drawings.
All information should be scanned and sent to us via email. accuratedraftingservices@gmail.com
If you have any pen settings or standards you want us to use on the drawings please send to us 24 hours in advance if none are used we will use our own.
There should only be one point of contact for us to communicate for RFI.
We can do architectural surveys for any type of property for (real estate developers, architects, real estate brokers, owners and engineers)(Only available to NYC Tri-State).
All accommodations must be made for us ie: access to the entire property, time, power, permission to perform survey on this property and one point of contact.
We can do a video survey.
We use laser measuring device and laptop.
We accept PayPal and cash. 50% deposit required before work can start
We can be onsite if needed (commuting, tolls, time and misc. expenses are an additional expense).
Prices:
Projects that are solely internet based We will need PayPal payments before We hand in the final project.
(If you send us a request over the internet and supply me with information over email are considered solely internet based)

WHAT YOU WILL GET:
1) 2 FLOOR PLANS (2 FULL FLOOR PLANS = NO MORE THAN 2,000 SQ. FT.) IF YOU NEED MORE THEN AN ADDITIONAL QUOTE IS NEEDED.
2) 4 ELEVATIONS BLACK AND WHITE (EXTERIOR NORTH, SOUTH EAST AND WEST) INTERIORS NOT INCLUDED. IF YOU NEED MORE THEN AN ADDITIONAL QUOTE IS NEEDED.
3) 2 SECTIONS (WINDOW AND WALL) IF YOU NEED MORE THEN AN ADDITIONAL QUOTE IS NEEDED.

This price includes any red lines within the design phase. (up to 5 times changes max)
But excludes additions, change orders and amendments after design phase. (up to 5 times changes max)
Time: one week
Floor plans: $200-$800 Time dependent on size. (AUTOCAD 2013)
Single detail drawing: $150 per detail so if you have a 36”x48” size sheet with 20 details on there its $150x20. Time: one hour per detail provided we get all information needed.

$150 per Elevation. Time: 3 hours per elevation provided we get all information needed.

2) 5 ELEVATIONS - YOU CAN MIX AND MATCH INTERIOR OR EXTERIOR AS LONG AS YOU DO NOT EXCEED 5 ELEVATIONS AND YOU MUST PROVIDE ALL MATERIALS INFORMATION IE: COLOR, TEXTURE, SIZE (ALL SIZES IE: Length x Depth x Height x linear x offsets x radius x diameter
THE MORE EXTRAVAGANT YOU WANT IT, THE MORE INFORMATION IS NEEDED.
IF WE NEED TO DESIGN ANYTHING AT ALL THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL PRICE AND TIME FOR THIS PROJECT.

3) 2 SECTIONS YOU MAY CHOOSE TO SWAP THESE 2 SECTIONS FOR 2 ELEVATIONS IF YOU WANT.
IF WE'RE MISSING ANY INFORMATION FROM THE PROJECT THEN 2 DAYS WILL BE ADDED TO THE ESTIMATED DUE DATE. BUT PAYMENT IS STILL DUE ON THE ESTIMATED DUE DATE. IT IS NOT OUR FAULT YOU DON'T HAVE YOUR INFORMATION.
